Fudgy Triple Chocolate Brownies

It would seem that the Triple Chocolate fever hasn’t died down.

These brownies are plain delish..If making these brownies are a child’s play wasn’t enough, this brownie which btw is my go-to recipe, has a cracked top and fudgy moist interior. It makes these the world’s perfect brownies.  I’ve had dozens of brownies but none of them can even compare to this brownie. I honestly have never had a brownie so good, that I had to parcel far-off family members showing them the perfect brownie bliss.
I made these again for some office goers and with their I-can’t -describe-what-I-eat-skills, I could extract one thing. They had never had brownies better than this!

Oh, btw have y’all heard of Lindsay Ann? She’s the most creative chef I have ever come across. If being the winner of cupcake wars wasn’t enough, this awesome chef was called again for Season 2. You have to check out her work.
When I saw this recipe, I knew I had to make em instantly! I’m sure this recipe is also going to be you go-to! Enjoy!

1/2 cup butter (if using salted, skip the addition of salt)
100 gms chocolate
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 th cup white sugar
1/4 th cup brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
60 gms all purpose flour
1/3 rd cup chocolate chips
1/3 rd cup nuts of your choice, chopped

Grease an 8″ pan. Set aside

Melt butter on a pan until browned
Brown specks should appear at the bottom once the butter has melted and the butter will give out caramelized whiffs, around 5-9 minutes.
Reduce heat to lowest and stir in the cocoa, sugars and chocolate.

Stir until smooth and sugar has started to dissolve

Let it cool for a few minutes and then add the oil vanilla and eggs. Add the eggs one at a time

Add salt. Stir vigorously until the batter becomes shiny,  starts to pull away from the pan. Gently add in the flour until barely incorporated.

Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if desired

Pour on prepared pan and let it rest overnight in the fridge.

It needs a minimum 2 hour rest.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until a few crumbs stick when a skewer is inserted.
Make sure you do not overbake. You want them to be fudgy, not cakey.Cool and serve. Enjoy this yummy treat!

Here, have a bite!
